When Should I Have it?

How much protein do I need per serving ?
The majority of protein will have a serving suggestion on the package but this
is very general and if you have to much your body won’t absorb it so you end up wasting money.
So to avoid this there a simple formula to work this out.
The amount of protein an adult needs per day is 0.8g per kg of weight
so let say I’m 15 stone that 95.3 kg
that workout to 76.24g of protein per day
divide that by 4 meals you would require just of a 19g serving
so in a 1 kg tub you’ll get 50 serving
if you have the 2 serving per week that over 6 month worth..
with this in mind i would opt of the 250g pouches
Remember to adjust the serving amount periodically as you sculpt your body although muscle weighs heavier than fat your weight will change and you will need less and less each month..
