Bootcamp Terms & Conditions


By agreeing to take part in classes, workshops and personal training sessions provided by The Teamworkout Stafford you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The Teamworkout Stafford accepts no liability for any injury occurring as a result of taking part in classes, workshops or personal training sessions.

  2. A Par-Q and Health Screen must be completed prior to taking part in any sessions or classes.

  3. When purchasing any packages for classes you agree that you have no medical conditions that may affect your ability to train.

  4. Your instructor is fully insured and first aid trained.

  5. If you your health changes at any time during your time with Train Strong PT you must provide information of the details in writing.

  6. Correct information will always be provided in all classes, workshops and personal training sessions.

  7. The Teamworkout Stafford will sometimes take photographs/video footage for marketing purposes; if you have objection to this please inform the coach at the time.

  8. All fees and charges are subject to periodic increases and we reserve the right to change the costs of our services at any point. 28 days notice will be given if this occurs.

Payment Policy

  1. All Boot camp classes must be booked and paid for in advance via the Online Booking System.

  2. Payment for packages and classes will be taken immediately.

  3. All packages for classes have a 4 week expiry unless otherwise stated.

  4. All packages are a paid of in advanced, giving clients access to every class which is provided during this period. any classes missed during this period are forfeit and will not be liable for refund.

  5. All Boot camp classes follow a 24 hour cancellation policy. to be message directly to the coach/instructor.

  6. No refunds are issued for classes or packages of classes, personal training.

  7. Classes cannot be carried over from one block to another unless under exceptional circumstances.

  8. In the event of a class being cancelled with less than 24 hours notice you will have the session credited back to you.

  9. Packages and sessions cannot be transferred to anyone else.

  10. If you have a holiday/injury/illness break of a minimum of one week you will not pay for the duration of your break.  written notice must be given 4 weeks in advanced for holidays .

  11. If the Instructor/Coach  

General class information

  1. Sessions run in all weather conditions throughout the year- make sure you have the correct clothing/footwear i.e Shirts (Sports tops) and shoes (Adequate trainers/ sport footwear) are required at all times during sessions.

  2. Client should also have water available as necessary during the workout and wear sun tan location in higher temperatures. It is a client responsibility if he/she is prone to burning in the sun to add to your comfort and personal safety.

  3. Insect repellent at certain times of the year may be required if you are safe to use it with no allergies.

  4. The format of each session starts with a warm up, main work sets followed by cool down.

  5. ​Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the session. Time lost due to late starters will not be made up at the end of the session.

  6. Each boot camp session lasts for between 45 minutes duration.

  7. Clients have the right to terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time. You are in control of your workouts! If an exercise is uncomfortable or painful, or if you want to stop for any reason, you may do so. If a particular exercise is painful for you to do or you have an injury or other limitation that makes it difficult for you to do, the Teamworkout Stafford can attempt to substitute another exercise to work that particular muscle group.

  8. You will get from your workouts what you put in. Results will vary by individual and the Teamworkout Stafford cannot guarantee specific results. Client acknowledges that Client is responsible for their decisions regarding whether or not to exercise consistently, eat properly, rest enough, and live a healthy lifestyle.

  9. 13. Please be aware that you do take exercise up at your own risk. Be aware of your surrounding and exercise as safely as you can. If you have had any medical or injury take place since you previous attendance. We ask and encourage if you are injured or have become injured that you let the instructor know before your session

  10. As with all activities there is an element of risk. All activities are risk assessed prior for health and safety purposes but clients do participate in activities at their own risk.

  11. The teamworkout reserve the right to STOP any person participating in activities/event if they are unruly, deemed not capable, do not follow rules set out by instructors or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Under these circumstances, no refund will be given.


  1. If you are attending camp with any re-occurring injuries or you are unfortunate to pick up an injury during camp, please note the following:

  2. There is a set program of exercise and activity sessions on camp. This cannot be changed to adapt to injury and it is not possible to offer an alternative program. However, if you are able to take part in the session, then the trainers will do their best to offer alternative exercises within that session to adapt to your injury.  However, if you cannot walk without pain, there will be a limit on how much you will be able to take part in on camp.

  3. Unless you have a medical emergency, you will be responsible for any visits to doctors/pharmacy or hospital (that don’t require an ambulance). Our team will help where possible with this, but will not be able to drive clients to doctors or pharmacy, unless an emergency.

  4. All of our instructors are first aid qualified, however, we are not trained GP’s or physiotherapists.
